What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content about the takedown.
Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice. A valid Counter-Notice must include the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
