It’s clinical psychology work — combined with practical engagement on what’s actually happening in your life. Dr. Eva is a licensed clinical psychologist, and the work goes to where patterns are organized underneath. It also addresses the decisions, conversations, and structures you’re navigating day to day. The two layers move together because they’re not actually separate.
People who have done significant work on themselves — therapy, reading, reflection — and who have reached a point where insight alone isn’t translating into how they actually respond. They’re often capable, responsible, and have a strong sense of who they want to be. They’re also in a moment where something is asking more of them than what’s been working so far.
No. This work is not designed for acute mental health crises or situations requiring immediate stabilization.
If you are experiencing severe distress or safety concerns, appropriate local support is recommended before exploring this work.
If you’re just beginning to explore this work, The Perfectionist’s Guide to Inner Clarity is a self-guided starting point. It introduces the patterns and the method at your own pace.
The Clarity Intensive is the clearest next step for most people. It’s a focused one-week engagement that gives you a direct experience of how Dr. Eva works, a written account of what came up, and a structured plan to move forward. If you continue into ongoing work, the $600 applies in full.
If you’re already clear that ongoing 1:1 work is where you want to be, you’re welcome to apply directly. Fit is assessed together during the application process.
Conversations are relational, direct, and focused on what’s present in real time. The work moves between what’s underneath — the patterns and dynamics organizing your responses — and what’s in front of you — the decisions, conversations, and structures of your actual life. Some conversations go deep. Some focus on what you can’t keep putting off.
The work does not involve teaching or guiding spiritual practices.
Some people naturally bring questions of meaning, values, or inner life into sessions. When this occurs, the focus is on integration and grounding how these experiences inform responsibility, relationships, and lived choices.
No spiritual framework or belief system is required.
Dr. Eva does not facilitate, recommend, or guide the use of plant medicines or psychedelic substances.
Some individuals come to this work having had past experiences of this nature. When relevant, sessions focus on integration, understanding how insight relates to daily life, responsibility, and decision-making.
Dr. Eva is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Florida.
Some offerings are educational or consultative and may be available to individuals outside Florida and internationally. Scope and fit are assessed during the application process.
The work integrates into your actual life — no prescribed homework. Between-conversation reflection happens organically as things come up. The text access exists so you can engage in real time when something needs attention, not as an obligation to fill.
Many people notice changes early — increased clarity, less reactive responses, the ability to see patterns as they arise. Deeper integration — where the change holds under real pressure and shows up consistently — develops over the full arc of the engagement. The work isn’t designed to deliver fast outcomes that fade. It’s designed for changes that stay.

Most therapy is built for the phase where someone is still discovering their patterns. This work is built for the phase that comes after — when you can see what’s happening clearly, and the question becomes how to actually live differently from what you know. The work follows the PIE Method, Dr. Eva’s clinical framework for that specific phase. It also includes continuous access between conversations, so the work doesn’t end when the conversation does.
That’s often exactly when this work fits. Most therapy is built for an earlier phase — when you’re still discovering what’s underneath. This work is built for the phase that comes after, when you’ve already developed real insight and can see your patterns clearly, but knowing them hasn’t translated into how you actually respond. If you’ve done the work and you’re still hitting the same walls, that’s not a failure of the previous work. It’s the threshold of a different kind.
No. This isn’t directive work. Dr. Eva won’t prescribe steps, hand you a plan, or tell you the right decision to make. The work is to help you see what’s actually operating, so the right response can come from inside you rather than from outside instruction. That said, when practical decisions, conversations, or structures need attention, those get worked on directly — not as instructions, but as the actual material of your life.
A three-month engagement with a defined start and end date. We meet weekly through secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Between those conversations, you have continuous access to Dr. Eva by text — so when something comes up in your week, you can reach her without waiting for the next conversation.
A one-week focused engagement: a written intake, a 90-minute session with Dr. Eva, a written summary of what came up and where to go from there, and a check-in at the end of week by video or phone.
Honesty about what’s actually happening — not the version you’ve polished for other people. A willingness to look at what comes up, including the parts that are uncomfortable. Showing up to the weekly conversations prepared to engage, not perform. The work doesn’t require effort outside of conversations in the form of assignments. It requires the kind of attention that lets what’s happening in your life become material we can work with together.
The three-month engagement has a clear arc and a defined end. Some clients complete three months and find that’s what they needed. Others choose to continue.
Clients who wish to continue after completing three months may choose:
– A six-month engagement
– A monthly rolling engagement
Both continuation options are available exclusively to clients who have completed the three-month engagement. There is no expectation of continuation built into how the work is structured.
A few reasons.
Insurance reimbursement requires a clinical diagnosis on file, which doesn’t always reflect what’s actually happening in depth work — and it becomes part of your permanent medical record.
Insurance also limits conversation length, frequency, and what kinds of work are reimbursable, which doesn’t fit the structure of this engagement.
For eligible psychotherapy services, a superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
The work integrates into your actual life — no prescribed homework. Between-conversation reflection happens organically as things come up. The text access exists so you can engage in real time when something needs attention, not as an obligation to fill.
