Frequently Asked Questions
Dr. Eva offers carefully structured ways to work together, including:
- 1:1 psychotherapy containers
- The PIE Atelier (a six-month group program)
- The Reset (a focused single session)
- Speaking engagements and workshops
Each offering is designed to support clarity, integration, and sustainable lived change.
The work is grounded in clinical psychology and offered through clearly defined containers.
Some offerings are psychotherapeutic in nature, while others are educational or consultative. Across all formats, the focus is on understanding how patterns operate in real time and how clarity translates into daily life, relationships, and decision-making.
People who benefit most are often:
- thoughtful, capable, and self-aware
- familiar with their own patterns
- aware of a gap between insight and lived change
- navigating increased responsibility, transition, or relational strain
This includes professionals, leaders, and parents who have been carrying a great deal.

The application process helps determine fit.
Sessions are relational and focused on what is present in real time.
Rather than following techniques or action plans, attention is given to how patterns arise and how clarity can reorganize lived response. Sessions are conducted virtually through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
The work does not involve teaching or guiding spiritual practices.
Some people naturally bring questions of meaning, values, or inner life into sessions. When this occurs, the focus is on integration and grounding how these experiences inform responsibility, relationships, and lived choices.
No spiritual framework or belief system is required.
Dr. Eva does not facilitate, recommend, or guide the use of plant medicines or psychedelic substances.
Some individuals come to this work having had past experiences of this nature. When relevant, sessions focus on integration, understanding how insight relates to daily life, responsibility, and decision-making.
Dr. Eva is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Florida.
Some offerings are educational or consultative and may be available to individuals outside Florida and internationally. Scope and fit are assessed during the application process.
Time commitment is defined by the container you choose.
Outside of scheduled sessions, the emphasis is on quality of attention rather than prescribed tasks. Any between-session reflection is invitational and oriented toward integration.
There are no promised timelines.
Many people notice increased clarity and reduced internal pressure as patterns become easier to recognize and respond to. Longer containers allow these shifts to stabilize so they hold under stress, not only in insight.
Services are not billed to insurance. For eligible psychotherapy services, a superbill may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment plans may be available for select multi-month programs and are discussed during onboarding.
Payments are accepted through secure online platforms, including major credit or debit cards and bank transfers.
All payments are non-refundable. Full policies are provided before enrollment and linked here.
