The Clarity Intensive

For when you need clarity and momentum to move into the next phase of your life.

The Clarity Intensive is a one-week engagement built around a single, focused ninety-minute session.

It’s for someone who already knows there’s one thing sitting just underneath the surface of the decision you can’t make, the pattern you keep repeating, the next step that still feels out of reach.

You’ve been trying to crack the lid open on your own. You’re close. You just need someone to help you get it the rest of the way. You bring in the issue, and combined with my ability to see what you haven’t been able to see on your own, we organize the solution.

This is not ongoing therapy. This is a one-week arc, cooperative and focused, designed for the individual who already knows what they’re dealing with and needs the right space to finally see it clearly and build the path through it. For Florida residents.

What the Engagement Includes

Before we meet, you complete a written intake: a curated set of questions specifically designed for this time-limited approach, to surface what’s underneath the block and orient us toward next steps before the session begins. By the time we start, we’re already at the crux of the work. Approximate amount of time to complete: 30 minutes.

Then, 90 minutes with me, Dr. Eva Benmeleh, a licensed clinical psychologist who has spent fifteen years learning to hear the words behind the words. We don’t spend the session getting acquainted. We spend it working.

Within 48 hours, you will receive a written summary of what we uncovered and the plan we built together. Something concrete to move with when the session ends.

One week later, a brief check-in to close the loop.

  • A 90-minute therapeutic conversation. We look at what’s actually happening from multiple angles— the depth and the practical — and build a path forward together.

  • A written summary delivered within 48 hours. What came up, what it points to, and what makes sense to apply next.

  • A check-in at the end of one week from the session to close the loop. By video or phone — your choice. What shifted, what integrated, and what makes the most sense next.

A self-guided place to begin

See the pattern. Learn to pause it.

The Perfectionism Profile helps you identify how perfectionism is showing up in your life right now.

The Perfectionist’s Guide to Inner Clarity helps you understand what keeps those patterns in motion and gives you a structured way to begin responding differently.

Together, they help you recognize the pattern, understand what is sustaining it, and start creating movement.

If you get to the end and realize you’re still stuck on one specific issue, the Clarity Intensive is where we work with that directly.

The Method: PIE

This work is guided by a simple, disciplined framework: PIE (Perceive. Integrate. Embody.)

Perceive

Notice what’s actually present (including what’s been bypassed, justified, or over-intellectualized).

Integrate

Understand the emotional logic of the pattern: what it protects, and why it persists.

Embody

Let that clarity reorganize how you respond, decide, and relate – in daily life.

When something is seen clearly enough, it stops running on autopilot. That’s what this work is designed for.

This Is a Fit If You:

  • You feel that even though you have a good understanding of yourself, something in your life is asking more of you than your usual approach can solve right now
  • You’re willing to do the work. The intake, the honesty in the room, and the follow-through after.
  • You are not looking for ongoing therapeutic support. You are looking for one clear session to get you unstuck and on your way to the next phase of your life.

This Is Not a Fit If:

  • Someone who wants ongoing support rather than a focused engagement on something specific
  • Someone who wants to talk through how they’re feeling more than they want to see what’s underneath
  • Someone in acute clinical crisis who needs stabilization first

What This is For

  • You’ll leave with a clear, honest picture of what’s actually driving what you’ve been carrying, a plan grounded in both depth and practical action, and a structured integration period to put it into motion.

  • Some clients find that the Intensive is exactly what they needed — they leave with what they came for and move forward. Others recognize during the engagement that they want to continue the work in a sustained way and move into ongoing 1:1 work. Both outcomes are appropriate.

  • The Intensive also serves as a mutual assessment. Together, you both decide whether continuing makes sense.

Investment: $450

If you continue into ongoing 1:1 work after the Intensive, the $450 applies in full toward that engagement.
