A psychotherapeutic relationship with Dr. Eva is established only through a signed Service Agreement and Informed Consent — not through use of this Website.

Dr. Eva Benmeleh is licensed to provide clinical psychology services in the State of Florida only. Clinical services are currently available only to clients physically located in Florida. Visitors from other jurisdictions are welcome to use the Website, subscribe to content, and purchase products, but are not eligible for psychotherapy services.

Data Retention

Personal information collected through the Website is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing contact information is retained while you are subscribed to communications. Clinical health information is subject to HIPAA retention requirements (at least 7 years after the last appointment).
