Returns & Refunds Policy

About This Policy 

This policy outlines the terms governing returns and refunds for purchases made through drevabenmeleh.com. Different terms govern different categories of purchases. Please review the section that applies to your purchase. 

Psychotherapy Services 

Refund policies for clinical services (The Clarity Intensive and Ongoing 1:1 Work) are governed by the specific Service Agreement and Informed Consent signed by each therapy client. In general, psychotherapeutic service fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. For full details, clients should refer to their signed Service Agreement. 

Speaking Engagements and Consulting 

Refund policies for speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting are governed by the specific Workshop / Speaking Engagement Agreement signed by each organizational client. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in that agreement. 

Physical Products 

Physical products (including the Matrescence Journals and Sun and Moon Love Cloud) are subject to the following return and refund terms: 

Return Window 

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. 

Condition for Return 

Returned products must be: 

  • Unused and in their original condition 
  • In their original packaging 
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), products that are used, written in, damaged by the customer, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. 

Return Shipping 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking. 

We cover return shipping costs in the following situations: 

  • The product arrived defective 
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping 
  • The wrong product was shipped 

Refund Method and Processing Time 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on the payment method and the customer’s bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account. 

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products 

If a product arrives defective, damaged due to shipping, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@drevabenmeleh.com with: 

  • Order number and date of purchase 
  • Photos of the defect, damage, or wrong item 
  • Description of the issue 

We will provide a replacement, full refund (including original shipping), or correct product at our discretion. Return shipping is covered in these cases. 

Lost or Undelivered Products 

If a product is lost in transit and does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the product or issue a replacement. 

Digital Products 

All sales of digital products (including digital downloads, PDFs, or online access to materials) are final. Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. 

How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@drevabenmeleh.com with the following information: 

  • Order number and date of purchase 
  • Reason for return 
  • Confirmation that the product meets the return condition requirements 

We will respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address. 

Chargebacks 

If a chargeback is initiated through a credit card or payment processor without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of the order and our policies. We encourage customers to contact us first at hello@drevabenmeleh.com to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks. 

Changes to This Policy
